The 5 Kidonakia apartments are very nice for families with children and shaped in an L form. Or a big group of friends/familly. Like 3-generation holidays with grandparents, children and grandchildren.
There are 3 big apartments next to each other. They have a big closed veranda in front and behind. Two bedroom appartements. Apartment Kidonakia 4 is very big with an entresol and a separate bedroom. It sleeps easily 4-6 persons. It has a big veranda in front. Apartment Kidonakia 5 is on the second floor with a small balcony and a very big roof terrace.
All apartments are nicely decorated with art paintings on the wall and a big bookcase with books/children books. On the veranda there are chairs and a table for breakfast and evening drinks. Within 100 meters of the apartments there is a nice family swimming pool.And within 250 meters there is a donkey stable with our donkey Marley available for donkey rides with children.

All apartments are within a stone’s throw of the unique plateia with its traditional taverna. It is situated in the centre of Corfu, just 15 minutes from the airport and 10 minutes from the golden beaches of Corfu’s west coast.

Kidonakia apartment is a short drive or walk to Aqualand Water Park and within easy reach of Corfu Golf Club. The village of Agios Ioannis is a safe environment for children and has a central square with a traditional taverna whose tables are shaded by trees. It makes an ideal centre for family holidays. A mini-market, bakery and bars are a short walk away. In the cooler months this is a fabulous base for walkers wishing to explore the natural beauty of the island. With its central location Agios Ioannis is the perfect place from which to discover Corfu’s famous delights – north or south.

The village of Agios Ioannis has slumbered for centuries under the olive and orange groves. It is now a centre for quiet family holidays. Some thirty years ago it was one of the first places on the island to be ‘discovered’ by visiting back-packers who set up the tents amid the olive groves in what is still known as ‘The Cactus Hilton’. Some of those earliest visitors still return bringing their children or even their grandchildren, certain of the warm welcome that the residents extend to every tourist who comes to enjoy our pleasant climate and beautiful environment. Its central location, just 15 minutes from the airport and in the very centre of the island, means that nothing is far away. For instance it is five minutes to Aqualand Water Park, a large water park with pools, slides and rides for all ages; 10 minutes to Corfu Golf Club (where we can obtain reductions on normal prices); the same distance to the fabulous sandy beaches on Corfu’s west coast; and just 15 minutes to Corfu Town, the airport and ferry port.

Since 2009, each August Agios Ioannis has been home to the Agiotfest, a Rock, Soul and Folk festival held in the magical setting of an olive grove. Why not visit while it’s on and round off a day on the beach or pool-side with a truly unforgettable night of great sounds and dancing? Like the audience, made up of all ages, you will be entranced.

There are other activities on offer such as walking and go-karting, while local amenities include traditional tavernas and restaurants, a mini-market, bakery, pharmacy, filling station, hairdresser’s, and ouzo dispensary.

The focal point of village life, the plateia (square) with its taverna at which parents sit chatting, nibbling and sipping while watching their children playing in a multilingual babble, is only 50 metres from Lydia. Kosta’s Taverna attracts diners from all over the island and serves delicious meals at very reasonable prices

Agios Ioannis is especially well situated for those wishing to walk or cycle during the cooler months of the year. Corfu is a different world when summer visitors have departed. Empty beaches, some of Europe’s most beautiful scenery and carefully mapped and described walks, guided or unguided, will captivate you. March to May is a particularly good time to see how gorgeous Corfu is with its profusion of wild flowers and the climate in autumn and spring can be very agreeable for walkers. Getting here

Agios Ioannis is situated 8 kilometres from the airport and 10 kilometres from the centre of Corfu Town.

From the end of March until the beginning of November there are daily direct flights from the UK and during the summer there are scheduled and charter flights from all over Europe. At other times of the year both Olympic and Aegean fly daily from Athens. Another option is to travel by ferry from Italy with services from Venice, Ancona, Bari and Brindisi.

The famous water park is just 500 metres away and Corfu Town is a 10-15 minute drive. Some of the best beaches on the island are close by including Glyfada, Ermones and Pelekas. As you can see Villa Chloe has so much to offer close by but we think you might find it difficult to tear yourself away from this villa – its spacious, bright and airy with all the home comforts you will appreciate whilst on your well-deserved holiday. Agios Gordios Beach House

This beach house is located on a private beach 1km from Agios Gordios. Ideal for a peaceful and relaxing holiday but close enough to civilization. The house features 2 bedrooms, a kitchen/living room area and a bathroom. Outside there is a small garden and a beautiful veranda overlooking the beach. You can dine al fresco and relax in the sunbeds all day long in total peace. It is important to note that the road leading to the house is not suitable for most cars and you will need a 4×4 vehicle to park just outside or else you will have to park 250 metres away and walk to the house.
